About Us

DCTI Associates is a partnership established in 2002 which provides consultancy services in Architectural, Interior Design, Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Project Management fields. It also provides outsource project detailing, drafting & 3D modeling for foreign organizations.

The two partners of the organization are Chartered Architects with wide experience in the fields of architectural design and project management. They have served in senior positions of Sri Lankan and Oman based consultancy organizations.

In addition DCTI Associates has qualified Architectural, Interior Design and Drafting staff. The Engineering and Quantity Surveying services are offered through the associate partners / consultants attached to the organization.

The Partners and the other consultants of the organization have involved in variety of building projects such as low income housing, personalized housing, office buildings, factories, hospitals etc.

DCTI Associates has offered services to individual clients, Semi government & Non governmental organizations and private corporate organizations.

The philosophy of this organization is to provide a comprehensive and personalized professional service without compromising on artistic and aesthetic qualities of the building designs.
